Daniel Builders transformed 2,000 square feet within an existing 430,700 square-foot warehouse into a complete office space featuring a conference room, two bathrooms, a break room, and private offices. Built without a specific tenant in mind, the upfit prepares the property to support the daily operations of a future business. The scope also included painting the interior concrete walls throughout the warehouse for a clean, consistent finish across the facility.
