OUR PROCESS

Guide: The path to your custom renovation starts with a 10 minute conversation. Afterwards, we meet with you in your home and begin clarifying general project scope.

Design: After you sign our Design agreement, the project moves into the Design phase. Architectural drawings, selections from paint color to fixtures, a detailed scope of work, and a Fixed Price are Design phase deliverables.

Build: You’ll be introduced to your Project Manager, who will schedule, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of the project until completion.
