ANOTHER 100 YEARS 2 OF 3

Three months after recording Installment 1 of Another 100 Years we returned to explore progress. Chronicling a historic renovation of a home over 100 years old in downtown Pendleton South Carolina. This is installment 2.

Termite damage was significant. Fortunately, Sam Parkinson (project manager) has eliminated all structural unknowns. Getting to this project milestone required resolving unforeseen challenges. Listen as Sam articulates a clear vision for moving the renovation forward and watch as a beautiful historic home is made ready to last another 100 years.

This 2nd video deals with overcoming the setback of substantial rot.
